Student Recognition
Congratulations to juniors Aiden Faeth and Dominic Nye, as they will be receiving their State FFA Degree at the Convention in May! This is a result of many hours of hard work on their part, meeting requirements in record keeping, money earned, leadership activities, career development events, and community service. Only the top 3% of FFA members in Ohio earn this distinction!
Sophomore Kirsten King has been accepted to march in the Rose Parade Honors Band! Her hard work, dedication, and passion for music have earned her this incredible opportunity. The Rose Parade will take place on January 1, 2026.
Ali Osborne and Macy Schubach qualified for the OH State Indoor Track Championships.
Congratulations to sophomore Sam Clouse, who went to Washington D.C. on a weeklong trip sponsored by the American Legion. Sam was among 18 students selected to attend based on his Americanism test scores from this past November.
Congratulations to Macy Schubach on being inducted into the National Technical Honor Society at Sentinel.
Congratulations to the following Middle School and High School students who are being honored with their writing being published from a recent poetry competition they entered.

N10 Conference Transition Process
N10 Conference Structure
The N10 will be divided into two divisions: East and West, for non-football and junior high athletics.
We will compete in the West Division alongside Carey, Mohawk, Old Fort, Hopewell-Loudon, Calvert, and Upper Sandusky.
We will play each team in our division twice per season.
Each year, we will rotate 3 crossover games with teams from the East Division.
For basketball and volleyball, the last game of the season will be reserved for crossover games to determine a true league champion…1 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2, down to 7 vs. 7. We felt as though we could not do that for baseball and softball because of the uncertainty involving rainouts as well as saving pitchers for the OHSAA tournament.

Timeline for Implementation
Travel, Finance, and Competitive Considerations
Current travel logistics, including additional long-distance trips being added to the current conference and the increased potential of those trips, were carefully considered in the decision. Our longest divisional road trip will now be to Old Fort!
Hopefully, eliminating school an hour + away will help with our gate and add a little more excitement to some of our games.
The opportunity to regularly compete against teams in Wyandot and Seneca county also factored into our evaluation.
