To check if your hospital/provider is in our Anthem network, follow these steps:
  1. go to www.anthem.com
  2. click on "Find a Doctor" on the left hand side
  3. under "Search Using Your Plan" click on the words "Use the Alpha Prefix (first three letters) of your member...
  4. enter YRN and click continue
  5. This is where you enter your hospital/provider to check if they are in our Anthem network
